Affirmation of the Day

"If I have been able to participate, everybody can, and it is just a matter of putting the apathy behind to be connected and make our opinion count."
By participating, we can create unity

Selected from page #300 of Letters from Frank: An American Terrorist's Life.

I want to express my gratitude to all my readers and friends, as of today my book is #7 on sales at Amazon in the all-time list of the non-fiction category of American Terrorists from 5346 books published about the subject. I could not make it without your support. Thank you very much.

Celestial Show

Last morning in the West Coast of the USA we had a fantastic planetary show. especially at the mojave desert in the Las Vegas Valley. On a crispy cold day, perfectly clear skies allowed us to enjoy the last fool moon eclipse of 2011. The Orion Constellation was very low and visible next to our natural satellite to complete a rare and unique celestial performance.
Gradually, the Earth's shadow obscured the Sun light on the full moon

If you missed it, the next one will be on 2014, but cheer up; we will have three Sun eclipses on 2012 and the trek of Planet Venus between the Earth and the Sun will be visible too, as predicted by the Mayans before the end of their calendar on 12/21/2012

Excerpt of the Day

"I may not like how loud and flamboyant my neighbor is and in turn she may not approve my lifestyle, but that does not mean we cannot work together to combat the threat of local terrorism along with many other issues."
Can we get along?

Selected from page #299 of Letters from Frank: An American Terrorist's Life.

we don't have to be friends or hang around together, but instead of attacking each other or putting each other down, we can work as civilized individuals for common interests as community members.

I Wrote a New Quote

"A country is not only made by the government and their politicians, because the majority, the everyday people are like you and me."
Oh, no! The Queen will be late for tea!

Our elected officials are in office to serve their constituents, let them hear from you with every concern, opinion, and suggestions that you always discuss with friends and co-workers. They are not as inaccessible as many people think. Put them to work!

Pearl Harbor, First Terrorist Attack on US Land

On a day like today, but in 1941, the USA lost its innocense. The Naval base at Oahu, Hawaii was almost completely destroyed by 353 fighter, bomber, and torpedo Japanese planes. A total of 2402 lives were lost, along with millions of Dollars in damages when we were caught off guard, in an action that is defined as terrorism, because the US was not officially on war.
The attack on Pearl Harbor was terrorism, because our Navy was taken completely by surprise

Unfortunately we let our guard down once again. The cold war and weapons of mass destruction race made this country feel invulnerable, at least on our soil. The terrorist attacks of 09/11/01 proved us wrong. We did not learn the lesson and we payed an immensely high price .
Ten years after, it seems that now we have constant security measures and intelligence on a regular basis to prevent another tragedy.
We should always remember the pearl Harbor attack and remain vigilant, so the lives of those lost in that coward attack would not be in vain.
This time the lesson must stay learned.

Never again America!

"The bombs that exploded at the Oklahoma City Building made no distinction of rich or poor, citizen or undocumented alien, and we all know the results."
The sad and infamous legacy of Timothy McVeigh

Selected from page #299 of Letters from Frank: An American Terrorist's Life.

What this is telling us is that wether we like it or not, wether we accept it or not, we all are in the same boat and we better work as a community putting our differences behind us.

Excerpt of the Day

"A writer or journalist must present the facts of a non-fiction work objectively, as I have earnestly done in this book. However, the job of a professional author is not complete until suggestions and solutions to the situations at hand are offered to the reader for consideration."
First edition back cover, January, 2010

Selected from page #298 of Letters from Frank: An American Terrorist's Life.

Readers should never be left without solutions for the problems presented in a book, all mysteries have to be solved at the end of a good story. An author must also leave some room for the imagination of the readers, triggered by a good writer.
It is this hard to attain equilibrium what makes a book stay in the reader's memory long after the last page has been turned.

Quote of the Day

"When a terrorist act is committed, everyone around suffers the consequences."
9/11 was the terrorist attack that changed everyones' life forever

Selected from page #298 of Letters from Frank: An American Terrorist's Life.

The memory of the tragic events of 09/11/01 shows us that when the airplanes hit the Twin Towers, it made no difference if you were black or white or if you were gay or straight, and as we know, almost everyone died.
This proves once again that we all are human and the same, so we better put our differences behind us. We need each other to prevent and survive terrorist acts.

Excerpt of the Day

"In a perfect world acceptance would be the ideal, but we are still far from that and in order to get closer to the goal, we need to first learn to tolerate each other and that is a realistic enterprise."
Tolerance leads to mutual understanding and friendship

Selected from page #299 of Letters from Frank: An American Terrorist's Life.

Tolerance is the only way to have peace in our world, where nobody is perfect what we do locally, has consequences globally.

Happy Thanksgiving!

Thanksgiving is a unique American tradition and one, that those like me who immigrated to this wonderful land have immediately adopted. Even during hard times of recession the USA is still the undisputed leader of the world and to live in a country where one can be a person with freedom is a blessing to always be thankful for.
Turkeys may not be beautiful, but they are as popular as the American Eagles

As an Author, I am truly thankful for all my readers who have made possible the success of my latest book Letters from Frank: An American Terrorist's Life and for my career as a writer.
When in Rome you have to do what Romans do, and now in America, every year I look forward to celebrate with friends and family this holiday.

"When children are abused, hurt, and neglected, we are raising potential terrorists. Someone who reacts violently, with hate and resentment for society in general."
Typical children of a third world country

Selected from page #298 of Letters from Frank: An American Terrorist's Life.

Not all the kids who are abused, neglected or hurt become criminals or turn into terrorism, but the potential for that kind of life is absolutely there and we can avoid that by loving and educating them.

"Remember: Nobody is completely free, while others are oppressed."
This is the America the rest of the world don't know still exists

Selected from page #297 of Letters from Frank: An American Terrorist's Life.

Even when we are successful in our personal lives, if we are not selfish, we can not be completely happy with so much suffering in the world. The disparity between the rich and destitute, even in the richest country in the world is enormous. Quote of the Day

"Our diversity is the richness of this country and we all should embrace and celebrate it."
Life is more fun when we have different friends

Selected from page #297 of Letters from Frank: An American Terrorist's Life.

The old model to keep the same people together in uniform does not work in our modern, global world. It did not work in China when Mao Tse Tung dressed everyone in green and grey, it did not work in Nazi Germany with the arian race proposal, and it did not work in South Africa with the Apartheid.
Hitler made everyone looked the same in Germany and that was not only wrong, but very boring.

"Damaged tarot cards were found at both explosion sites. Both pipe bombs were powerful enough to kill if anyone had been in close enough proximity.
The bombs detonated earlier because in the design of the device, there was a failure of prevention of early ignition."

The Major Arcana were Frank's favorite tarot cards.

Selected from page #296 of Letters from Frank: An American Terrorist's Life.

Frank Alexander used "Tarot" as his nickname and he always included some of those cards in his mailed bombs and warnings, as a way to foretell the future of his victims. His favorite card was "The Fool."

Frank mailed John Hagee a warning in the form of a photograph of the explosive device. The device was leveled "mother." Also inside the envelope was a note reading, "John Hagee, beware when mother comes–Tarot."

Hagee's Cornerstone Church boasts 17,000 members and reaches approximately 65 million people in the US and Canada and millions more in other countries.
Frank hated John Hagee, because his grandfather, who tortured him with his whip and belt was a fanatic of that Evangelical Church; this was his revenge.

Excerpt of the Day

"On the day of the Dallas explosion, Frank had called a mental health facility to report he had mailed the bombs. After tracing the call, Las Vegas Police officers found Frank in a hotel room and questioned him. He then admitted to attempting to mail a bomb to the Las Vegas Office of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms. That bomb was recovered at the Greyhound bus terminal downtown. A search of Frank's hotel room turned up ten pounds of gun powder, several PVC pipes with end caps, and electrical charging devices."
Sin City is a magnet that attracts not only vacationers, but criminals too

Selected from page #296 of Letters from Frank: An American Terrorist's Life.

There is the misconception that in Las Vegas criminals would blend with the crowds of tourists, but this is exactly what brings them to justice and they ignore that the police force in town is the best trained in the country and the world.

"On March 22, 1999, Frank Alexander mailed bombs to then-president Bill Clinton at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue in Washington, District of Columbia and Evangelist John Hagge in San Antonio, Texas from a mail drop in Morgan City, Louisiana."
Frank Darwin Alexander, the American Terrorist

Selected from page #296 of Letters from Frank: An American Terrorist's Life.

I was a friend of Frank before I knew the crimes and atrocities that he committed. He was the only person that help and supported me during the darkest months of my life. I became his confidant and he gave me his permission to publish his life. I never approved his actions, but I understood why he carried them out. He has a common denominator with other domestic terrorists such as Timothy Mc Veigh or the Unabomber, he was abused and neglected as a child.

I Wrote a New Quote

"A terrorist always dies blasted by his own petard."
Moammar Gadhafi lived by the sword and died by the sword

Congratulations to the Libyan people for obtaining their freedom!

Gadhafi's addiction to power was so strong, that just like many other despots before him he preferred to perish, rather than concede. His successor may not be great, but one thing is certain; he can not be as bad as Gadhafi was and the world is much better off now without that terrorist.

Motorcycles are Green

"Motorcycles–they are like wild iron horses and you are supposed to have all your senses when riding them."
My iron horse, a Kawasaki Eliminator

Selected from page #287 of Letters from Frank: An American Terrorist's Life.

Motorcycles are the greenest engines and the most fun too. In today's world we have to do our part to help our planet and bikes reduce substantially the carbon footprint and traffic jams.
Fuel efficiency, low insurance premiums, and cheap maintenance help your wallet and the environment.
So the next time you procrastinate at the pump remember that a motorcycle like mine gives you 65 Miles per Gallon. Parking is never a problem, but the same rules apply as when you drive a car and you have to be sober and responsible.
That is why I don't own a car anymore, I decided to go green with a motorcycle and loving it.
If you visit me in Las Vegas I will take you for a ride, I have an extra helmet!

Excerpt of the Day

"Everyone has heard of Freud and Beethoven, but not all have seriously studied or paid closed attention to them. The Master Ludwig Van Beethoven is one of my favorites of classical music. I love his fifth and ninth symphonies and piano sonatas. It was amazing that he created them when he was completely deaf, a real musical phenomenon, and of course German."
The timeless music of the Master Ludwig Van Beethoven

Selected from page #286 of Letters from Frank: An American Terrorist's Life.

Are you bored and unimpressed with today's music? I don't blame you, because the best music is already written and it is time to go back to basics with the timeless masterpieces of classical tunes that never disappoint. Beethoven learned from the genius of Wolfang Amadeus Mozart and in turn he influenced the works of Johan Sebastian Bach. Together they make the trifecta of classical music, their music has never stop selling and never will.

"If a crime except murder goes unsolved for a period of usually seven years, it's declared out of statute. That means that theoretically, you could go confess to the authorities and walk away."
Cash is king for money laundering drug lords

Selected from page #285 of Letters from Frank: An American Terrorist's Life.

Does time lessens the magnitude of a felony?
Not at all, the statute of limitations is an obsolete law that needs revision, because there are important crimes other than murder, that should remain open for court in case they are caught.

Should we turn a blind eye and look the other way due to an economic recession? Our morality is in question here. What do you think?

Best Books by Independent Authors

Today's best books are written by independent authors who no longer have to comply with the restrictions, agendas, and quirky guidelines of literary agents, publishers, or giant chain booksellers.
Modern technology has made possible for those who were silenced before to be out now and the tables have been turned in favor of the writers and therefore the readers.
I am proud to be an independent author and next time you want to read a real good book, look for and independent writer in Amazon or Google, they have every single book you may want in every format, cheaper and faster.
